QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

How does the free month work?
A full month with the Basic plan's features, no card required. If you don't continue, you're not charged anything.
Do I need to know design or coding?
No. You pick a template, load your content and that's it. You edit everything yourself, whenever you want.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You cancel in one click and your plan stays active until the cycle you already paid for ends.
If I downgrade from Pro to Basic, do I lose my content?
Nothing is deleted. Whatever exceeds Basic's limits stops showing publicly until you adjust it or go back to Pro.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, with the Pro plan you connect your own domain (yourname.com).
How do I pay?
With Mercado Pago, on a monthly or annual cycle.
Is it in English?
Yes. The whole platform and your site work in Spanish and English from day one. With Pro, your content can also be bilingual for international bookings.
What is an EPK?
EPK stands for electronic press kit: the digital dossier a DJ sends a booker or a promoter when pitching for a date. It replaces the PDF attachment — instead of a file, it's a link with your bio, your sets, your high-res photos, your tech rider and your dates, always up to date.
What should a DJ's press kit include?
Whatever a booker needs to decide in two minutes: a short bio, one or two representative sets, downloadable high-res photos, logos, a tech rider, relevant past dates and a direct contact. If any of that is missing, the booker will message you for it — or move on to the next name.
What's the difference between my website and my press kit?
Your website is public: your audience sees it, it shows up on Google, and it's how people find you. Your press kit is private, behind a password — that's where the professional material lives: high-res photos, the tech rider, booking contact. Here both live behind the same link.
What is a tech rider and why do they ask for it?
It's the list of gear you need to play: decks, mixer, monitors, connections. The venue's tech reads it before you arrive so everything is ready. Having it written down avoids the last-minute argument up in the booth.
Do I need a website if I already have Instagram?
Instagram is for being seen, not for being booked. A booker who finds you in a reel then needs your bio, your sets and your contact in one place — and won't go scrolling for them. Your website is what you send once the conversation gets serious.
How do I send my press kit to a booker?
You send a link. No WeTransfer that expires, no 40 MB PDF that won't open on a phone. You give the password to whoever you want, and if you update something they see the new version without you sending anything again. Plus you can see when they opened it.
