How to request deletion

Self-service account deletion from inside the app is not available yet, so for now you request it by email. Write to hola@setkitapp.com from the email address on your account.

• Email us—Send your request from your account email so we can verify it is really you.
• We confirm—We reply to confirm we received the request and to verify your identity if needed.
• We delete—We permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deletion is a hard purge: your account, your artist content (biography, photos, music links, gig dates, press materials), your press-kit access logs and your settings are permanently removed. We keep only the records we are legally required to retain, such as billing history.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can also remove the app from your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and Websites). Doing so disconnects SetKit from your Facebook account and signals us to delete the data we received from it. To delete your full account, please also send the email request above.
